2018 Mitsubishi Outlander – Facelift Design
On the outside, we are not expecting major changes in the Mitsubishi Outlander 2018. However, the SUV will have a two louver grille. And this grille will be adorned with the famous logo of Mitsubishi. There will be changes in the design as well as the position of the grille. The headlights will have sportier look and feel to them and will be fitted with LEDs. There will be standard fog lights on the front. A lot of usage of chrome is expected on the outside and this will make the SUV attractive and charming. The rear of the SUV is expected to remain more or less the same. Aluminum will be the dominant metal which will be used in the production. Therefore the 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander will be lighter in weight. Lesser weight in combination with the aerodynamic lines will make this SUV very edgy.
The interiors of the new Mitsubishi Outlander will not be drastically different from the current model of the Outlander. The upholstery would definitely be upgraded and this will impart the SUV a very premium feel. There might be changes in the steering wheel but it will not be changed completely.
A lot of new safety features will be added in the new Mitsubishi Outlander. A blind spot detection system, a parking assist system, and a collision avoidance system is expected in the new model. The central infotainment system will also be upgraded. But there is no information about the exact feature upgrades in the infotainment system.
