2018 Mini Countryman – Innovations and New Look

The Mini Countryman 2018 carries on with the cute bubbly build though subtle styling changes are here and there. It does have some core similarities with the BMW X1 but that may not be evident in exterior design style. The grille and front bumpers are revamped. Compared to the Mini Cooper it is taller and gets more plastic claddings on a body. Except for a neon-hued front charge port, the electric variant looks like the regular model.

The cabin of new Mini Countryman looks more or less like that of Mini Cooper. A 6.5-inch infotainment screen is there and the displays and dials have oval shapes, mostly. Cargo space is just about average. It can accommodate 4 adults easily.

In safety front, the 2018 Mini Countryman scores fairly well. You get several airbags, a rearview camera, parking assistance as default. Optional features are head-up display and adaptive cruise control.

All trims get features like 17-inch wheels, Bluetooth, synthetic leather upholstery, dual-panel sunroof, dual-zone climate control and rain-sensing wipers. There are oodles of customization choices including tech package and premium package.
